Where do I pay the tier?

At the landsystem. You can find it by clicking the cube with the text 'to the landsystem' on it. It will also tell you the parcel number. Pay the prim on the landsystem with that number (click a prim on the landsystem to find out its number).

Price, size, prims?

It's all in the land description and on the infoboard on the land.

Am I allowed to terraform?

Yes, but within reason.

Am I allowed to build a sky platform?

Yes, but keep it out of sight from the ground.

Do I need a group for the land?

No, you don't need a group fot the land.

Is this land residential or commercial?

Both, because we think a mix of these makes a sim more fun.

Do I need a premium account to buy land.

No, you don't need a premium account to buy land.

What is the most important rule on your land?

Respect your neighbours.

Am I allowed to start a club?

Yes, you are allowed to start a club but keep the lag low.

Do I get a discount for renting more land?

No, you do not get a discount for renting more land. You'll get a discount if you pay per 4 weeks in advance.

Can I join/devide a parcel?

Yes, you can join/devide a parcel.

Can I buy more prims if I need them?

The prims are evenly devided amongst the parcels. If you want more prims you can simply buy more land.

Can I resell the land?

No you can't resell the land.

I can not deed to a group, why not?

Because 'landresell' is off, message SimonLeo Roelofs or HermanJan Roelofs to temporarely turn 'landresell' on for you so you can deed. The reason this is off is because there are some people out there trying to sell L$1 land for L$500(or more) to an unsuspecting NooB without paying tier.

Can I rent the land or buildings on the land to others?

Yes, you can rent the land or buildings on the land to others.

Can I change the ground texture on my parcel?

No, the texture can only be changed for the complete sim not per parcel.

Am I allowed to use megaprims?

Yes you are, but if they cause too many collisions and the lag gets too high we will ask you to remove them.

Am I allowed to use picture walls around my parcel?

No you are not allowed to use those. They never look pretty from the parcel next to you. Use some natural fences instead (keep it low).

My neighbour is bothering me, can I bother him/her back?

No, contact SimonLeo Roelofs or HermanJan Roelofs or you risk beeing banned yourself.
